The xx have announced two support acts for their gig at the O2 on 26th June. Warp-signed ambient duo Mount Kimbie and Sydney haze-poppers Jagwar Ma have been enlisted to perform ahead of the Coexist trio at their first Irish arena show. Warp Records has signed minimal-ambient duo Mount Kimbie . The are two set to release their sophomore album later this year following the breakthrough debut  'Crooks & Lovers' that reaped critical acclaim for a truly innovative sound. Their new label plays home to a host of dance and electronic artists including Aphex Twin, Battles and Hudson Mohawke.

The marvellous video to Mount Kimbie 's 'Before I Move Off' was released in late 2010 - and was made up of hundreds of fast-moving photographs, that when sequenced together, oozed a gorgeous stream-of-consciousness lust for life. 151 of the wanderlust inspiring images were today uploaded via Mount Kimbie's Facebook, so we actually have time to appreciated the images on a more individual level. Since the holidays are coming closer, this new mix from Star Slinger is a jingle of joy. Just imagine what that sounds like, Christmas jingles and Star Slinger on Mount Kimbie . It's the perfect song for today. "Before I Move Off" was appointed as one of Slinger's favorite tracks of the year, which explains his masterful take on it. Mount Kimbie's 'Before I Move Off' has had a new video produced by photographer and filmmaker Tyrone Lebon, who also produced the group's album artwork. Made up of over 2500 carefully considered 35mm photographs, the video documents Tyrone’s two week trip from Turin – where Mount Kimbie played live - onto Shanghai, Bangkok, Tokyo, LA and NY. Ahh yes,  Mount Kimbie , the epitome of British electronic music in 2010, not only expressed through their live sets but through the sheer amount of music produced by these two. Dom and Kai are wrapping up the new year nicely with a video for their single "Before I Move Off," off the iconic Crooks & Lovers LP . Music video directed by Tyrone Lebon .
