Editor's sophomore album, An End Has A Start , continues to grow on me, though it's not nearly as instantly great as The Back Room . Nevertheless, it's far from a disappointing follow-up. "Smokers Outside The Hospital Doors" is epic stuff; "Well Worn Hands" shows off the bands' versatility, as Tom Smith's vocals are accompanied almost exclusively by piano. And "The Weight of the World" evokes images of First Friday mass in Catholic grade school. And don't even get me started on "Bones". It may be the best track on the album.
