Neon Indian's second album Era Extraña is tantalisingly close to release now. In fact you can start a 10-day count down from today. It's around this time that songs start to find their way onto various areas of the internet, and as Stereogum points out, "Hex Girlfriend" has wound up on YouTube. We've already heard " Fallout " and " Polish Girl ," and now here's another track from Neon Indian's new album Era Extraña . It's a bright, fuzzy bit of guitar-pop without too much of the decayed-synth squiggle that's become one of the group's trademarks. Actually, the track might be the clearest example we've yet heard of frontman Alan Palomo's glam-rock influence.
