The new album from The Cribs , Ignore The Ignorant , spent the weekend in my car's CD player, accompanying me while on coffee runs, beer runs, a pair of aimless drives into the Tennessee countryside, and a couple more beer runs. The Cribs, still comprised of three brothers and a Smiths guitarist, have a new video for us this week taken from their latest album 'Ignore the Ignorant'. Besides the presence of Johnny Marr, the album is also notable for its live recording technique which saw all four members of the band performing together in the same studio room, hoping to capture the excitement and raw power of a live performance on record.
