They've just launched a new night, Karnival, which has a sister night in Montreal run by Ghislain Poirier . And they've started a record label, Steak House Records , which has already attracted attention from Toddla T (who used Monkey Steak's Tigris Riddim on his recent Fabric Live CD ), and which will be putting out some of my raggastep stuff.
