Brooklynite by way of Richmond, KY, Crash Ave artist Willie Breeding is coming to Louisville's Derby City Espresso tonight (February 13th) to promote his new album, Cheap Vodka Rain, which was released on January 20th and features most of the cast of Marah and produced by Dave Bielanko of Marah.
