According to TwentyFourBit Britt Daniel from Spoon is a huge fan of the perky, folk-tinged rock of the California-based band the Heavenly States. The band has already supported Daniel's group on tour, and now comes a collaboration with him on a track that features on their just-released Oui Camera EP. The song gradually builds from low-key acoustic plucking to strident rock moves over its brief runtime, and it's been given a neat visual accompaniment by the animated video in the clip above.
