It's no secret that I am absolutely, positively, 100% head over heels for The Head and the Heart . Ever since their angelic harmonies on "Lost in my Mind" made their way to my ears, I have not been able to stop listening. The Head And The Heart's "Down In The Valley" is their best song, and one of the more emotionally affecting songs on a basic level that I have ever heard. Period. So, it is nice to see it finally get the video treatment. Here is the official video for 'Down In The Valley' from The Head and the Heart. The song comes from the bands self-titled debut album that was released in 2011 via Sub Pop . This song has been a favorite of mine for a while now as it has been floating around for a couple of years. The song and video are both filled with Americana references and the melody throughout is just incredible.
