Have been enjoying First Aid Kit ’s new full-length The Lion’s Roar the last couple of days. It’s an absolutely gorgeous record, folky indie pop at its finest.   First Aid Kit   releases their newest video for first single 'Lions Roar' from the upcoming self titled Lp. You can view the brilliant visuals above. Album will see daylight in January 2012.

The debut track from First Aid Kit' s sophomore album has been given the official video treatment. Courtesy of Spin you can check out the visual at the top of the page for track, "Lion's Roar". Directed by Mats Udd the video sees a weird parade in a woodland and the discovering of lost treasures. It's cool and sits alongside the track nicely.

Swedish Folk duo First Aid Kit will be dropping its next album in January 2012. The title: The Lion's Roar . I gotta admit, it's been a while since I've been excitedly anticipating music of this style. Of course, I've got nothing against contemporary folk music.
