Flying Lotus has revealed that his forthcoming new album release has been forced to be delayed. Last weekend in Brazil at the Sónar music festival in São Paulo, Los Angeles musician Flying Lotus announced that his upcoming LP 'Until The Quiet Comes' would be delayed until October. You can view the video of him announcing the news along with some tracks off the new album below. I only hope that Until The Quiet Comes is in the same league as Cosmogramma , which was a great album. [via Prefix ]

Flying Lotus previews some of his most recent work during a gig at Sonar Sao Paulo. The work will be featured on his new project, Until the Quiet Comes. Mixing in some new stuff and even throwing in a nod to MCA playing Beastie Boys track, "Intergalatic," and Radiohead, "Idioteque," Fly Lo leaves no creative stone unturned.

I've never been lucky enough to see Flying Lotus live - Dave, of course, has - but now I can pretend that I have by watching this professionally shot footage from his performance at Sónar São Paulo. What's particularly noteworthy about this video isn't just that it's not filmed by some faithful concert-goer.
