I admittedly glazed over this video when it came out a couple days ago, mainly because it's yet another clip for extremely over-marketed singer, Lana Del Rey . Once I saw it was directed by Yoann Lemoine (who made the breathtaking Woodkid "Iron" video last year) with Oscar-nominated Rodrigo Prieto as the DP, I gave it a fair shot and it's very impressive. Lemoine is the reigning champ at visually stunning, black-and-white videos right now and Prieto's impressionistic, slow-motion cinematography is positively gorgeous.
