I always love watching Oh Land's music videos, they are always interesting and have some kind of captivating images that literally you'll want to watch. These are the types of videos that will engage people to watch over and over as well. The Danish Singer/Songwriter dropped a new video yesterday for "White Nights." The uber-talented collective spent ten days in Barcelona with Oh Land (what a chore), filming in what appears to be a stylized-wonderland. Oh Land makes me fall more in love with her, every passing day. This new video for “White Nights”, makes that crush even harder. The dream-sequence theme of the visual is hard to understand as a whole, and more as a let’s look at this gorgeous girl in obscure places. That’s cool with me. I cannot wait for this girl to be huge (which she is), as this song just shouts at being a huge crossover hit. Oh Land - “White Nights”
Nanna Fabricius has pulled another single from her eponymously titled second album and has given it a typically quirky music video. "White Nights" errs toward being one of her most straightforward pop efforts yet, and it makes sense that she's spent a decent part of this year opening for Katy Perry. But it's difficult to see exactly who's going to take to this—too mainstream for anyone drawn to pop with an experimental edge, and a little too angular for pop fans looking for Perry-like thrills. Ultimately it ends up inhabiting some middle ground that isn't really appealing to anyone.
