SXSW was growing tremendously by 1997, and with the advent of music blogs and web-ready video cameras, attendees could offer nearly real-time updates on the bands and sets that they were enjoying. So yeah I'm getting excited about SXSW so I poked around YouTube trying to round up a chronological video history of the fest. I didn't find anything from the beginning years (1987-1992).
