Video: RAC "Hollywood featuring Penguin Prison"

Remix heavy weights RAC (which stands for Remix Artist Collective ... fact) are turning their attention away from remixing other people's tracks and releasing their own material. Well known the remixing tracks from U2 , Bloc Party and Lana Del Ray . Their new release, 'Hollywood' features vocals from New York fave Penguin Prison and has ironically picked up remixes from The Magician and Felix Da Housecat. It's available as a free download now.

At the beginning of May, RAC teamed up with Penguin Prison to release their debut single "Hollywood" (Ft. Penguin Prison). Up to this point, RAC, which stands for Remix Artist Collective, had been recognized by dance music fans for their remixing virtuosity. During the month of May RAC released a new single called "Hollywood" featuring Chris Glover of Penguin Prison , and somehow even though I heard the song, I neglected to post. Well, I'll make some amends now and share the video for the track. Pretty cool visual featuring a cowboy from like the 1800's lost in a modern world, roaming around Los Angeles. We’re quite proud of RAC’s latest track titled “Hollywood” and equally as impressed by their video.  RAC has perennially been our favorite collective remix artist(s) and their collaboration with the multi-faceted rising star, Penguin Prison, makes this song no joke.  André Allen Anjos, founder of RAC and composer/songwriter of “Hollywood” is seen here in this video. He misses home and longs for familiarity in the midst of the confusing circumstances RAC releases the clip for his energetic and buzzing single "Hollywood" which features a brief cameo from Rose McGowan. Today RAC unveiled the video for this single, "Hollywood". The video follows an 1850s cowboy who has been misplaced in modern day Los Angeles. You can't help but feels sorry for the guy. One of my favorite summer songs (and RAC's first original song ) now has a video.
