We're at the end of the first year of Seen Your Video , and there's been an explosion of talent in music videos in 2012. Unlike some years that have been dominated by an elite group of ultra-talented directors, this year saw a much more diverse collection of incredible visual artists and a swarm of new talent taking center stage. Lead track from Natasha Khan -- aka Bat For Lashes -- is the surprisingly mellow, piano-backed and electronics-free ballad "Laura". But judging by the odd (and NSFW) cover of her forthcoming October 23 (10/15 UK) album The Haunted Man (or is that The Hunted Man ) we're guessing that there are plenty of unpredictable and more Bat-ty things to come.
