Nejpomaleji nasnímaný a originálně kreslený videoklip se nám představují v projektu Valtari Mystery Film Experiment od Sigur Rós , který se zdárně přehoupl do druhé poloviny. V pořadí osmý a devátý klip vyšli 28. srpna a 12. září. První, a v pořadí osmý klip z nich, je věnovaný skladbě Dauðalogn . Natočil ho Henry Jun Wah Lee , který se zaměřuje na filmy, zachycující krásy přírody a krajiny. Mimo jiné je to i fyzik a lékař čínské medicíny jak píše na svém webu . Sigur Rós ha lanzado otro video de su 'Valtari Mystery Film Experiment', y es un corte más amplio que el resto. Seraph cuenta con fragmentos de pistas del disco Valtari como: 'Rembihnútur' y 'Ekki múkk' y se mueve en una salvaje dirección, gracias a un notable dibujante de comics y un valiente director de películas de culto.

Tras la presentación de  Dauðalogn  y   Ég anda , Sigur Rós  subió a la web un nuevo videoclip, en el marco de su ambicioso proyecto Valtari Mystery Film Experiment , que busca poner imágenes a todas las canciones de su último disco, Valtari , bajo la dirección de reconocidos cineastas. Sigur Rós are now at number nine out of a total of twelve for their "Valtari Mystery Film Experiment", which sought to enlist the imaginations and creativity of twelve filmmakers and give them the opportunity to visually interpret a song from Valtari as they saw fit. This latest video takes a different approach than the others, though, going in an animated direction. Created by Dash Shaw and John Cameron Mitchell, the animated clip follows a troubled individual from his youthful beginnings to his violent prison sentence. Watch the replay above. Here's number nine in Sigur Rós' Valtari Mystery Film Experiment series. The Dash Shaw-directed clip is an animated one featuring a young boy growing up and learning about the human body, which takes him to sewer swimming pools, bars, the back of a police car, and then into prison. The clip uses music from both "Rembihnútur" and "Ekki Múkk" from Valtari , which mesh togetehr rather well. Seraph não é o título de nenhuma música do disco Valtari . Mas o Sigur Rós também não apresenta nenhuma faixa inédita no vídeo divulgado hoje. Seraph é o nome escolhido pelo diretor Dash Shaw para batizar o nono clipe da série Mystery Film Experiment. E nessa produção ele apresentou duas inovações frente aos trabalhos dos outros oito diretores já contemplados pela série. A primeira é que trata-se de um vídeo de animação. E a segunda é que as faixas Rembihnútur e Ekki Múkk , essas sim do último álbum [...]

Back from the Mercury noms, cooking dinner before I head to the MS MR gig, and the SIGUR ROS unleash a short new film, SERAPH .

Sigur Rós's Valtari Mystery Film Experiment, in which the majestic Icelandic band recruits different directors to make short films out of all the songs on their new album , marches on. The latest entry, for "Seraph," may be the most fully realized yet, despite its complete lack of Shia LaBeouf. This one is a cartoon about religiously motivated body horror, following a boy whose parentally-implanted fear of nudity causes him to carve eyeballs into his skin and make other questionable decisions. We're now on video number nine from  Sigur Rós 's film experiment, featuring a new video for each of the songs on the album directed by someone new every time. Some of the songs have had a couple of videos made for them but this is the first for "Seraph" , which is probably (maybe?) NSFW, just based on the nekked animated kid at the start.
