American Idiot Cast New Light on Green Days' 21 Guns How about this....A new version of '21 Guns' performed by the 'American Idiot' cast which features the Tony Award-winner John Gallagher, Jr. Just after American Idiot cast members took their final bows on the stage of the Roda Theatre, the work continued. A few days following the final performance on Nov. 15, the cast assembled at Green Day's Jingletown recording studio.
