Directed by multi-disciplinary artist and musician Yoshi Sodeoka , The Presets' newest music video is a wild swirl of found footage and seemingly drug-induced visions. 4 years is a long time to go without new music by Australian duo The Presets , but that's exactly how long it's been. Well the wait is over as yesterday they released their new video for first single "Youth in Trouble" from their upcoming album 'Pacifica' being released September the 14th . Australian electro duo The Presets have announced their third full-length Pacifica , the follow-up to 20082s smash hit Apocalypso . The album is due out on September 14 via Modular; check out the appropriately effervescent and anxious first single "Youth In Trouble" below. Earlier this week, Aussie electro duo The Presets accompanied the announcement of their third LP, Pacifica , with a short teaser clip for "Youth In Trouble". The full-length version arrived today and it expands on the snippet's premise, pairing the perpetually-ascending synth groove with scrambled footage for a profound audio-visual experience.
