Despite Mariahs album Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel not doing that great, her label still persist in pushing it. Its being repackaged as a Remix album with a lot of other guest spots on it. A video has been made for one of the standout tracks. I think the song is highly mediocre. However, I was watching something else..

Man, Nick Cannon really took full advantage of directing wife Mariah Carey and guest rapper Nicki Minaj in the "Up Out My Face" video. Not only are the two divas clad in skintight red (what does that color make you think of?) attire, they also slink around in sexy nurse outfits and morph into Barbie Dolls. Whenever I see videos where a female performer is dressed in nurse outfits or equally risque clothes, I just assume the director came up with the treatment because he'd like to see the performer in said outfits. And since Nick Cannon directed the video for Mariah Carey's "Up Out My Face," I'm going to assume that that's definitely the reason here, since that guy is just the worst. Wild N' Out? Finalmente un video simpatico, carino, fresco, frizzante e non convenzionale: ce lo regalano Mariah Carey e Nicki Minaj con la canzone "Up Out My Face ". Le due ragazze interpretano più personaggi: inizialmente rappresentano due bambole incartate nelle loro confezioni, poi delle infermiere sexy ed infine le svampite della situazione. Bella la parte in cui compare la banda. I colori che la fanno da padrone sono il bianco e il rosso: sono quasi accecanti. Ottimo lavoro Mariah ( o meglio Nick Cannon, regista della clip nonchè marito della cantante)!

Basically Mariah did all the videos she wants to do and now she's just having plain old fun with ludicrous pigtails, extra hair-swishing and chewing gum. The extra rap is unnecessary. Here now is the video for Mariah Carey 's upcoming single, "Up Out My Face," featuring the baddest bitch in the industry, Nicki Minaj (and a guest appearance by e-celebrity B. Scott and Carey's husband, Nick Cannon .) The awkward, low-budge font usage. The cornea-damaging shades of red. The Nick Cannon Drumline wink wink, nudge nudge. THE HAIR CURLERS. THE EYE SHADOW. Carey and Minaj go red, pink and white with a Valentine's Day vibe for "Up Out My Face." Things are taken to a melodramatic halt for "Angels Cry" with Ne-Yo: full of rain and cheesy love. We love that they included the interlude in the "Up Out My Face" video; we like the interlude better than the song. "Angels Cry" was pretty good; the video matched the overflow of lovey-dovey. Both videos look to be on that recession budget.
