Se trata nada más y nada menos de un documental de la banda inglesa Blur que se transmitió a traves de la BBC el pasado 4 de marzo. El documental trata sobre Blur durante el año 2009 en su repentina reunión presentando toda clase de videos y shows en vivo que se hicieron en este lapso de tiempo. The Blur documentary No Distance Left to Run had its London premiere last night in Leicester Square. British fans can catch the film in theatres now and pick up a copy of the DVD on 15 February. Those of us on this side of the pond will either have to switch our computers to PAL format to play the import DVD or wait until some underdetermined date for the US release. Me, I'm not waiting...

While we have to admit we're a bit bummed that the Blur reunion doesn't appear to be yielding a new record or any visits to North America, we're glad to have at least a bit of good news. After striking hope into the hearts of millions around the globe this summer, Blur has yet again called it quits.  Or have they?  No one really knows for sure. What we do know is that they are gearing up to release a career defining documentary in January called, 'No Distance Left To Run'.  On another note, Damon Albarn is working on the newest Gorillaz album which boasts appearances from Snoop, Lou Reed, and Mos Def to name a few.
