The year was 2003. Josh Schwartz had put together one of the best hours of television in "the O.C.". Rooney was credited with the theme song and all things that "the O.C." touched, turned to gold. Solo Bob might be the most obvious band name for the solo project of Rooney's Robert Schwartzman. He's been writing and recording songs all the time and finally decided to release some through his new found moniker. Because Robert loves "the colorful, energetic, electric, infectious, neonic, bubonic side of music," he's releasing videos along with each song (figure one new song & video every three weeks). This one for the song 'The Victim' was put together by his cousin Roman. Not sure where you can find the song yet, stay tuned on that.
