So many established artists releasing stellar follow up albums this year! You'll notice, perhaps compared to last year's list, that almost all of the music here is by established artists. It's always more interesting to see some new entries (last year's Miike Snow stood out quite favourably as my number 1 and of course, The xx was everyone's pick!), but there are some in this year's list (see Beach House, Groove Armada, Kelis, Robyn) who would not have made a top ten list of mine previously. Its already worked its way into my 'best singles of 2010' list with it's anthem sized sounds and its horrible ability to get stuck in your head all day. As for the video, there's not much to be said. Groove Armada fell into obscurity for awhile in my music collection. I have to say i'm beyond excited for new release Black Light . With guest vocalists like Roxy Music's Bryan Ferry and newcomer SaintSaviour , this collection of pure catchy dance pop is flawless.
