I don't really get the concept of Mini Britney Spears ; was there actually a promoter who went through the thought process of "you know, I really like this Britney Spears girl but I wish she was shorter." What the hell is that? I say if your going to do a strip teasing midget act, you at least do it right. Like a singing oompa loompa; or at least have her belting out the theme song from Annie.
