Bat for Lashes ups the eerie factor even higher with this track from her upcoming sophomore album, Two Sons . "The Big Sleep" is a haunting duet with Scott Walker, supplied only with a bare bone backdrop of a piano and brief appearances by a bass and synthesizer. The minimalism leaves room to focus on the terrific vocal performances, where both Walker and Natasha Khan sound like they've seen Death face-to-face and are in therapy trying to recover from the experience.
