Video: Seahorses found in the Thames!

Lovely creature, but we always though that seahorses are marine fish (Yes, the are fish, they are actually evolutionary cousins of the pipefish), but it turns out they live in freshwater. They were found not too long ago in the Thames river, the same river that hosted a whale a couple of years ago , which had to be escorted out. The species of seahorse are short-snouted and utterly cute. But, it looks like being in the Thames had an impact on their color of gloom. Filed under: Animalia , Brit Brit Brit , Somethin' [...]
