The first time I saw the video for "Bad Romance," and simultaneously heard the song, I wasn't impressed. I've enjoyed Lady Gaga's infectious pop and oddball image in the past, but this seemed like her finally jumping the shark. Assuming she can be as off-puttingly strange as she wants, and we'll all follow regardless. Then I realized, she's kinda right. There's incoherent babbling, mixed with actual French, and an awkward Madonna-esque speak-singing chant of "walk, walk, fashion baby / work it move that bitch crazy." My romance with GaGa. Man, it's looking like video week around these parts, ain't it? I resisted posting this -- not like you can't see it a jillion other places -- but man, if you haven't seen it, or at least heard the song, you really should. Lady GaGa is just getting weirder and weirder -- just check out her unrestrained vocal tics and overly mammered delivery throughout the song -- and I just keep liking her more and more. It's weird to think I've only been aware of her since inauguration [...]

Can I just say wow? Stefani is taking it to a whole new level of mad pop weirdness and brilliance. It's refreshing and visually very compelling. Glad she's having some budget to play around with and continue to bring fans videos that are worth watching. What do you think? (P.S. I totally get an '80s Modern Talking vibe when I hear "Bad Romance" Remember those Germans?)

Words can't even describe how good the music video to "Bad Romance" by Lady Gaga is. She's got Alexander McQueen all over her, and she's just genious. Every video gets better and better.
