Serving as the jump off for his album Dirty Pretty Things , Pooh will be joining his LB brethren at retailers on November 1st. Granted it will be alongside instead of with them, those who prescribe to the glass half full stance can take solace in the fact their LB listening experience will be three times longer than before. Well, Rapper Big Pooh , of Little Brother fame, shows he's bout to make hella Au (gold) and concoct some dope rhymes for his upcoming sophomore release.  "Medicine Man", is a formulaic rap. It's boastful and once you add in a touch of smashing 40-ounce bottles and a splash of chemistry, you get some good North Carolina hip-hop.
