Video: Maps 'It Will Find You' (Live at the Mercury Music Awards)

I've written about MAPS before, but this weekend marks the NYC debut of James Chapman's live incarnation. And timely is such, that a new single and video have emerged from the Mercury Music Prize nominated album "We Can Create" . The Maps are playing at San Francisco's 'The Bottom of the Hill' on Sep 24 2007. That's a week from this Monday! On their myspace profile they have a long list of influences. Something I admire and welcome. I think too many bands put nothing out of fear of being accused of ripping someone off or perhaps pretentiousness. I think the pros are much greater than the cons.
