Matisyahu was thrown into the spotlight over the past few years because of his unique image as an orthodox Jew who could generate beautiful reggae music. However aside from his image, Matisyahu is an amazing artist who pours his heart and soul into every song. His album, Youth (2006), is one of my favorite albums to listen to all the way through. Frank Ocean is R&B, nothing more. He is pure awesome and it is about time people are noticing this raw talent. Not only was his album he dropped for free amazing, but is getting re-released through Def Jam with additional tracks. I'm pretty excited for this record. Well, it's Friday, and you know what that means. Yes, my Oriental Delta of Venus coiffeur Fah Lo Suee and I will be off to Wasilla, Alaska, for a Christmas party with former Gov.
