Swedish female duo First Aid Kit have so far released just one EP (our review can be seen HERE) but that, along with a rather famous Fleet Foxes cover video on Youtube (if you're confused, click HERE) was enough to propel them through the underground and into Festival fields all over the UK.

This video trips me up and trips me out whilst spinning me round in a clarity dance. It's really in your face, not aggressively so - that's just how the talents of First Aid Kit tend to wash over me. The piano scene is great, but I keep thinking of the best piano scene ever. It belongs to Tom Hanks in Big. This is out and about on Wichita on October 5th along with Waltz for Richard.

This weekend is always a bittersweet one, with the last big festival of the summer heralding the beginning of Autumn. The first signs of things to come from Swedish sisters First Aid Kit since their astonishing debut EP 'Drunken Trees'. Unquestionably two of the most talented performers I've seen this year, their debut album promises so much..

Catch these Swedish girls in Body and Soul on Sunday morning. This is their new single out on Wichita in October. I highly recommend their Drunken Trees EP .
