Tiny Vipers From: Seattle, Washington, United States The year may still be in it's infancy but it's already shaping up to be another year of the electro-pop female. The global success of Lady Gaga , Ladyhawke , Lily Allen , La Roux , Pixie Lott is influencing a generation of female singer songwriters to leap onto the bandwagon like an olympic long jumper on steroids (yes Ellie Goulding I do mean you!).
