In scrambling to to fill the huge financial void left by Michael Jackson 's passing, concert promoters AEG sold hundreds of hours of rehearsal footage to Sony Pictures, who figured they could make a quick buck out of a cinema version. Said film is to be released on October 28th, and (bizarrely) run for two weeks only. To satisfy anticipated demand, tickets are going on sale a month early- on September 27th. The film's trailer premiered yesterday at the MTV MVAs, and here it is for you in internetland:
