Video: Lana Del Rey- H&M commercial

I wouldn't wipe my own ass with the finest wardrobe from H&M. They hired Lana Del Rey to be their 'model/muse/spokeswoman' just because she is guaranteed to get blog coverage, so all of the PR/marketing people whose only job it is to hand millions of dollars to celebrities just wanted to make sure they didn't 'screw it up', even though it doesn't matter and we will buy imported rags sewn in sweatshops from one brand or another. Let's just focus on the beauty of Lana on the ad, instead of the corrupt industry that creates 'fashion' [...]

For those of you that don't already know, Lana Del Rey has been selected to be the face of H&M's new ad campaign. She covers "Blue Velvet"  for the commercial and the full version has just surfaced. I'm in love with this beautiful melancholic version. Rumors have it that will also appear on the Paradise Edition of "Born To Die", which is set for release in November. H&M's latest ad campaign features Lana Del Rey , who models for the fall line and recorded a cover of Bernie Wayne and Lee Morris's “Blue Velvet" for the commercial. Lana Del Rey ha grabado un cover del clásico tema 'Blue Velvet' para un comercial de la firma de ropa H&M, la polémica Del Rey se ha vuelto la nueva cara de esta marca y de la colección 'LA noir' desde julio de este año y apropiadamente ahora aparece en el comercial de televisión cantando la canción que esta asociada al filme de culto de 1986 de David Lynch que lleva el mismo nombre.
