Best news of the day, apart from the Peggy handing in her notice in Mad Men S05E11, is the GRIZZLY BEAR announcing their new album out in September 012 and giving us a taster of wots to come with their new single, SLEEPING UTE .

Grizzly Bear has announced the follow up to 2009's AoTY contender, Veckatimest . The album is still without a title, but it will see a release on September 18th in the US. Check out the album's opening track, Sleeping Ute , below.

Three years since the release of their acclaimed LP Veckatimest , Grizzly Bear has announced that they will be releasing an as-of-yet untitled album on September 16/17 through Warp. The group has unveiled a tracklist and a stream of the album's first track, “Sleeping Ute,” available at their website . Grizzly Bear are dropping a new album on 17th September. We currently don't know its title. However, we do now have its opening track 'Sleeping Ute' as well as plenty of dates across a a world tour later in the year. It's an old-school whirling rocker and while we have no confirmation it sure does sound like it was recorded in analogue.
