
It's a good week in Baltimore for some Live music. Tonight the Dirty Projectors play the Ottobar and, I'm sad to say, I might miss it in lieu of checking out Where the Wild Things Are . I haven't gotten into this band much but people seem to be loving the new album and I imagine it will be on a few end of year lists. Wednesday night brings Delorean and Deer Tick to Sonar , and Thursday Dr. Dog bring their beatlesque musings to the Ottobar. [...]
The Monsters of Folk tour kicked off last week and has been receiving rave reviews at every stop. Mike Mogis, M. Ward, Jim James and Conor Oberst have been performing a mix of material from the MOF debut as well as each of their repertoires. Here's Monsters of Folk tackling MMJ's Golden...
