For an album that is mostly electronic/instrumental music without vocals I found it quite delightful. Chilly Gonzales sits on that fine line between insane and genius. He might look a little like a hobo, but hes a classical pianist who has written songs for Peaches and Feist .
This latest track from Chilly Gonzales is aptly entitled 'Bittersuite', accompanied by a video with extracts from his film, this time featuring a brown mop wig wearing Peaches as well as Tiga . It's a dramatically arpeggiated track, supported by strings and various bits of electronica to create the perfect soundtrack to the video. 'Bittersuite' isn't as much of a single as 'I Am Europe' , but Gonzales works the sweeping melodrama and pained artiste vibe with wit and comes up with a good track. There's not much more that [...]
