The Gentle Waves...better known as Isobel Campbell...better known as the girl from Belle & Sebastian. I first heard this song in the underrated Christina Ricci film Pumpkin, also featuring Belle & Sebastian, Emiliana Torrini and Mercury Rev on its soundtrack.
