Just threw on some Band Of Horses. I haven't listened to them in awhile... its bringing up some great memories of old shows and experiences. Heres one of my favorites:

Band of Horses formed in Seattle in 2004 and in those few years they have already amassed a bunch of fans. Their catalog includes two albums, with the most recent being Cease To Begin , which was released last October via Sub Pop . At a recent show in a brand new venue in Manhattan, Band of Horses proves it's finally worthy of the buzz. Somewhere along the way, they've become a legitimately badass rock band.
This summer I saw Band of Horses in Pittsburgh and I have to say they put on an incredibly good show. They played a lot of stuff off of what was then their upcoming album Cease to Begin. I probably haven't given this album the attention it deserves because those songs were great live. Which is why under normal circumstances I would be thrilled to hear that they're playing in Toronto this Friday.
