New artist Jessica Ashley unveils debut single "If You're Out There" Singer/songwriter Jessica Ashley has been making music for most of her life. Born and raised in Long Island, New York, Jessica cites famed singers Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey and Alicia Keys as some of her main influences.
