
Velvet Revolver is finally back together! At least they were for one night. The "supergroup" reformed for a short four song set at the House of Blues in West Hollywood, CA for a tribute concert in honor of award winning composer John O'Brien. The band, which included the return of frontman Scott Weiland, played the songs "Sucker Train Blues, "She Builds Quick Machines," "Slither" and a cover of Pink Floyd's "Wish You Were Here." As previously reported, the five principal members of Velvet Revolver - Scott Weiland, Slash, Duff McKagan, Matt Sorum, and Dave Kushner - reunited in Hollywood last night for their first performance together in four years. The set was part of a charity concert benefiting Kushner's longtime friend, musician John O'Brien.
