Some say Nazareth, PA's Pearls and Brass take a bluesy riff-rock sound and infuse it with 'math rock complexity'. This is true to an extent, but the term 'math rock' conjures up the wrong picture entirely-- this trio's vibe is a great deal more subtle than any standard technically-concerned fare.
