Karin Andersson (aka Fever Ray) takes an "older" approach to her new video for her single Seven and puts on her best sparkly dress to have a dance in a farm in back of a Chewbacca-like character. A bit odd but SO interesting. Could you expect any less from Fever Ray?

Each and every new video from Fever Ray's self-titled debut has been equally as haunting as the one before it. This video directed by Johan Renck for the single "Seven" continues the eerie feel and manages to be disturbingly entertaining--no surprise there. I'd ask myself how they come up with these concepts, but then I'd have to ask that about Karin's music, which I refuse to do for the mere reason that is certified creepy and genius. By listening to her music even before seeing a video, there's just no way you can envision what it would look [...]

Another freaky video from one of the great purveyors of the strange and unusual. This is probably her most straightforward/accessible track on her debut. In fact, I'm surprised this wasn't one of the first singles released from it. That's not to say it isn't infused with that special sort of otherworldliness that's part and parcel to Karin Andersson, a.k.a.
