Yes, 12-time Grammy winner and too bad she didn't release The Element of Freedom in time for the Grammy cut-off. But, 2010 will be festive for her. She has a strict work ethic and she will probably keep the singles coming well into next summer. The next will probably be her duet with Beyonce "Put It In A Love Song," which is one of her worst songs but will probably get a bunch of attention because of the star power.
