This Sweet Lights track is like an indie version of Tom Petty - which is just what we were waiting for. Not only that but there's this great animated vid to go with it.

The opening few bars of 'Endless Town', the debut release from Philadelphia's Sweet Lights , certainly bears some resemblance to former band mates Kurt Vile and War On Drugs' driving alt-pop, but within seconds shades of George Harrison melodies and Daniel Johnston lyrical oddities soon wash away any preconception that Shai Halperin is riding on the coat tails of his former band mates.
