To celebrate the release of their sixth studio album, The 2nd Law , Muse have announced that they have been added to iTunes festival in London with an intimate show at the Roundhouse that'll take place on Sunday September 30th. Give this a listen and then I have a question. Did that make you think of anything? As you can see in this article , U2 has had an impact on Muse. And after listening to Madness (from the new album The 2nd Law), I have to agree (lyrics below as well if interested). Maybe you'll see this but maybe you won't. La traccia, che potete ascoltare in apertura post, è il successore di " Survival ", il tormentato inno delle Olimpiadi 2012. Il pezzo è decisamente più malinconico e cupo del precedente ed è stato rilasciato ufficialmente, come singolo, proprio ieri. Muse fans are a cult. They're one of those bands that's managed to slowly build a ravenous fanbase over the course of nearly 20 years. They're gearing up to release their next album, The 2nd Law, on 10/1 - in doing so, they've dished out sneak peak in the form of "Madness." Mellow and melodic, but simultaneously secretly incorporating some wobbles - it's immediately understandable how this group has lasted so long. I dig.
