Most of Timbaland's Shock Value 2 has been hitting the Internet piecemeal-like over the last few days, including the above track featuring Miley Cyrus titled "We Belong to the Music." The track is very light on the Timbaland equation of the credit line, because apparently the track is meant to prove Miley Cyrus can do awful songs with a faster BPM than her Disney jams.
