OK so I couldn't wait/focus on study, so here it is, something to tide you over I've been working on this P.O.S.T. for a while, turns out it's my 20th! Woo Hoo. Awesome-ness. Hope you like it. Make sure you read the warnings tho. or it could get ugly. lol... WARNING: There are remixes of Justice's D.A.N.C.E. below. If you dislike this track for any reason, be it general dislike, or 'I liked it, but I've heard it so much, I'll cut my ears or next time I hear it, but it's still a good [...]
SoI'm a bit late in getting this up but I had to share it! I know the tune has been around for about 5-6 months now but it's this "live perforamance" from a few weeks ago that had me laughing... It's from the Jimmy Kimmel show. - Kieran
JUSTICE "D.A.N.C.E." @ Jimmy Kernel Live
So I saw Justice was performing on Jimmy Kimmel 2 nights ago and knew this video was bound to make its way onto YouTube. I tracked it down yesterday and didn't get a chance to post it (apparently everyone else and their mother did, however, but fuck it). If you haven't seen this already then here it is: So we've got: Michael Jackson on vocals. Rich [...]
Les (no more) poulains Ed Banger ont tapé très fort à la télé US. Justice , programmés sur the Jimmy Kimmel Live! show ont laissé libre cours à leur délire. Rien à ajouter, juste regarder Michael Jackson , Rick James , Stevie Wonder , Prince and Rod Stewart jouer D.A.N.C.E Il est [...]
As I was sitting around last night trying desperately not to fall asleep, I happened to catch both performances by Justice on Jimmy Kimmel and Black Lips on Conan O'Brien. Justice enlisted a bunch of pop star look-alikes which included the following: Michael Jackson, Rick James, Stevie Wonder, Prince and Rod Stewart (!?). Very odd indeed. Trying to find a video of the Black Lips performing "O Katrina!", but there seems to squadoosh on YouTube. Here's the Justice performance for "D.A.N.C.E." [...]
This went down last night -- watch it before ABC takes it down. It's pretty amazing. [Myspace] Justice
Justice on Jimmy Kimmel Live! Ed Banger phenomenon Justice performing live on last night's ABC network, Jimmy Kimmel Live! show last night. You have to see 'D.A.N.C.E.' performed by Michael Jackson, Rick James, Stevie Wonder and Rod Stewart (I think) impersonators. Weird. Need we say more? How about, "here's some related mp3s?" I think that works. Original and remixes by Tittsworth , Charlie Fanclub & Blaze . MP3: [...]
what the fuck? GO JUSTICE
I made sure to download my copy of Radiohead's latest CD today. You know, the 'kind of a big deal' CD that could possibly change the face of the music industry and all. I've been listening to it since. So far so good. Really good. Gothamist interviewed Jonny Greenwood this morning. Interesting fellow. and found out about last night's really cool Justice performance on GvB. The Rick James
You French people are pretty funny. A+. Good look on the Rod Stewart too!
Here's a clip of Justice's D.A.N.C.E performance on Jimmy Kimmel. Well I guess an interpretation of the jam by pop star impersonators from around the globe. HA!
Papeete Rather than actually performing, Justice, who can be seen at the radio at the beginning of the performance, hired an entire band of celebrity impersonators to lip-sync "D.A.N.C.E." Michael Jackson was the singer, joined by Stevie Wonder on drums, Rick James on bass, Prince on guitar, and Rod Stewart on keyboards. It's a pretty interesting solution to performing electronic music live, though I would still love to see this song performed by a full children's choir with instruments.

It wasn't a live performance by the French duo but it was strange. Jimmy Kimmel announced their album † as their new self-titled album. Then when Justice were supposed start to perform they quickly swichted over to these people that were playing Michael Jackson, Prince, Rick James, Stevie Wonder and possibly Rod Stewart on the keyboards. Anyway here is the performance: Here is the Justic
Showing their appreciate for 80's music icons, Justice uses impersonators to their advantage on their live "performance" of "D.A.N.C.E." on Kimmel last night (thnks BV):
