Cerebral Ballzy , New York City's classic thrash-punk revivalists, wouldn't necessarily be labeled 'veterans of the road' just yet. But they're close. The young group has already toured Europe and the U.S. twice, and only on the back of a few singles and EPs. Cerebral Ballzy is a punk band that hails from Brooklyn , New York .  The band, which was formed in 2008, released their debut, self titled, album on 26 July 2011.  These guys are tight, they are packed with an 80s punk attitude and intense live energy. Definitely worth checking out.  The band has received praise for their debut single Insufficient Fare and the new life they are bringing to the punk genre.
