Kim Jong Il: The Internet Expert

This week the leaders of South and North Korea met during a summit to discuss a wide-ranging reconciliation pact between the two nations. Somehow, the Internet got brought up and Kim Jong Il proclaimed himself to be an "internet expert". In addition to this, as a gift, South Korean President Roh Moo-hyun gave Kim Jong Il an entire bookcase of Korean DVD's, enough to make any reader of Lunapark6 a tad bit jealous. (more...)

Ubuntu - Archive frozen for Gutsy release

Ubuntu's Gutsy Gibbon is coming along splendidly and today Gutsy has hit one more milestone until its release (Oct. 18th). The Ubuntu developers has announced a complete freeze of their archive and from now on only uploads "fixing specfic, release-releavent bugs" will be accepted. (more...)

Mandriva and Transgaming has recently announced the renewel of their prior distribution agreement which means Transgaming's Cedega application will be included in Mandriva's PowerPack 2008. If you're a mathematician/big nerd, you'll know that a Mobius Band is a continuous one sided surface. If you're a music lover/Brooklyn venue crawler, you'll know that Mobius Band is an electro-rock trio that has been gracing the underground NY rock circuit for the past four years. Considering both their appearance in Monday's EP and today as the featured artist it would seem as if the trio known as Mobius Band have taken my life and my blog over. Fortunately, I'm perfectly fine with that.
