Video: Ne-Yo - Part Of The List [Official Video] [with lyrics]

My local hip-hop station (Minneapolis' B-96) has this thing about playing every Ne-Yo single every half hour, and I know that his new one, "Part of the List" is about to be unavoidable on my trips to the grocery store. It's a bittersweet ode to a former love who has moved on, and the video above finds Ne-Yo running into her at a record store after she's got engaged to someone else and remembering their time together. Se proprio vogliamo dirla tutta, devo ammettere che i video di Ne-Yo sembrano essere quasi tutti uguali (le ambientazioni, i concept e i colori) e purtroppo la clip girata per il quarto singolo "Part Of The List" pare mantenere questa tradizione. Che noia! Inoltre la canzone non prende poi così tanto: in alcuni tratti è piacevole ma in altri appare proprio anonima. Che sia arrivata l'ora per il cantante di proporre qualcosa di nuovo (anche a livello di immagine)?
